For your convenience, we use PayPal (account NOT required, login as a guest) or Google Wallet (requires a Google Wallet account) to process all major credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Both options for processing online payments are secure, reliable and easy to use.
For security purposes, we are very limited in the assistance of these accounts. It is important to us that your payment and personal information remain safe and secure, so to maintain HIGH security levels on our website, we do not save credit card information nor do we share any of your personal account information.

We currently offer USPS and UPS shipping services for delivery options. Orders shipping via United States Postal Service will include the follow choices for shipping methods: Parcel Post (2 - 9 days), Priority (1 - 3 days)or Express (overnight). UPS shipping services include: UPS Ground (3 - 7 days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Both our domestic and international shipping rates are calculated by total weight of the order and destination zip code. The rates are calculated in "real-time" directly from the postal carrier service. In the event the postal service system is down or malfunctions, and shipping charges are miscalculated; Then and Now Treasures, LLC will contact you with the correct shipping charges.
All orders will incur a $0.75 handling charge to help cover the cost of packing materials, shipping and handling expenses.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.

Return shipping charges will be buyer's responsibility. In the case of damages during shipping, please contact us immediately so we are able to obtain the necessary information to file the proper paperwork with our carrier. We must file our claims within 10 days of delivery, so it is important that you inform us immediately. You must contact us first, before any returns will be accepted.
New items opened by you and found not to your liking, cannot be returned for a full refund. Once the original package is opened, we can no longer resell the merchandise as "new". However, the merchandise can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price less the shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
