UPS shipping services include: UPS Ground (3 - 7 days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Both our domestic and international shipping rates are calculated by total weight of the order and destination zip code. The rates are calculated in "real-time" directly from the postal carrier service. In the event the postal service system is down or malfunctions, and shipping charges are miscalculated; Then and Now Treasures, LLC will contact you with the correct shipping charges. All orders will incur a $0.75 handling charge to help cover the cost of packing materials, shipping and handling expenses. Refund Policy:No return will be accepted without prior authorization. New items opened by you and found not to your liking, cannot be returned for a full refund. Once the original package is opened, we can no longer resell the merchandise as "new".
